R.L.P. Development Company, Inc. was founded by Robert L. Plummer in Edwardsville, Illinois in November, 1988. Since that time, we have extended our operations into many regions, focused on bringing growth and development to fine communities.

From our beginning as a developer of residential home sites and lots, the company has expanded into providing improvements for entire residential subdivisions, as well as over 100 retail, office, hospitality, entertainment, agriculture, and industrial developments across more than a dozen states. This website is focused on our residential subdivisions, but please do not hesitate to contact our office for information on our numerous commercial development activities.
