About Us

R.L.P. Development Company, Inc. was founded by Robert L. Plummer in Edwardsville, Illinois in November, 1988. Since that time, we have extended our operations into several area communities, and now serve the fine communities of Bethalto, Chatham, Edwardsville, Glen Carbon, Godfrey, Granite City, Greenville, Highland, Staunton, and Troy, Illinois, along with Troy, Missouri.

From our beginning as a developer of residential home sites and lots, the company has expanded into providing improvements for entire residential subdivisions , as well as commercial offices and professional and industrial parks. R.L.P. Development Company, Inc. looks forward to continuing its effort to assist and support these and other communities and their citizens in their growth and development.
